This is a call to all writers, artists and creators! Whether you want to create a comic, graphic short story, series of written art or compilation of visual imagery, a zine can include anything you wish to express and share! Popular during avant-garde art movements, including Dadaists, Surrealists and even 70’s punk bands, zines were used to channel, express and share creative and imaginative thoughts. Led by illustrator and visual artist, Sarvenaz Rayati, students will be guided through a step by step process in creating their own zine that reflects them and their vision.
