Designed for young artists aged 6 to 13, this course with Jen Chin invites young artists to explore the creative process through an ever-changing thematic exploration of art. Each term embarks on a unique journey, with past themes ranging from “Nature at Night” to “Coral Reefs and Their Inhabitants.” These exciting concepts serve as a backdrop for young creators to develop the foundational elements of art through drawing, painting, and an array of mixed media techniques. The curriculum is crafted to foster an environment of discovery and expression, blending technical principles with pure imagination. Participants will have ample opportunity to work with various materials, from paintbrushes to collage elements, allowing for a tactile and engaging learning experience that builds creative confidence every week.
