The Spotlight Lab isn’t your average, quiet classroom… It’s an energized space where Grades 3–5 students get to explore the world of acting through the lens of play. Led by the celebrated (and super fun!) Allison Beula, each week is a new adventure. One minute you might be a detective solving a mystery through improv, and the next, you’re a superhero learning how to use your voice to fill a whole room!

In the midst of fun, we’re also learning the “secret ingredients” of great acting: how to move our bodies, (I added:)how to use and support our voice, how to work together as a team, and how to be brave and try something new. It’s a wholesome, supportive environment where your creativity takes centre stage.
