Mixed Media Drawing Practices
Mixed Media Drawing Practices is a course designed to expand your drawing skills through the exploration of a variety of subject matter and media. This course introduces students to diverse drawing techniques, ranging from loose and expressive to detailed and precise approaches. You'll have the opportunity to experiment with both grayscale and coloured pigments, including graphite, conte, charcoal, chalk, and colouring pencils.
Throughout the course, you will gain a deep understanding of how these different media work individually and discover the possibilities of mixing them. By learning to use these pigments effectively, you will enhance your ability to create compelling and varied visual effects. From drawing still lifes, landscapes, or expressive compositions, this course will help you develop a versatile skill set that can be applied to any subject matter.
