1. A PEANUT/NUT/SESAME FREE lunch and snacks. Please provide a lunch and snacks that are free from peanuts, nuts, and sesame. Although we cannot promise a completely nut-free camp due to our use of shared public spaces, we strive to create the safest environment possible for all our campers. You can help us by making sure your child's lunch and snacks do not contain peanuts, nuts, or sesame and by ensuring that campers do not bring food to share.
2. WATER in a refillable bottle – please label with the camper's name.
3. WEATHER & ACTIVITY APPROPRIATE CLOTHES. Ensure your camper is dressed appropriately for the day's weather, keeping in mind that the studio may be cool even during very hot days. It's advisable to wear clothes that can withstand getting a bit messy during art activities.
4. CLOSED-TOE SHOES for the art studio. Please refrain from sending campers wearing open-toed footwear such as flip flops or crocs, as these are unsafe for the studio setting.
5. Accessibility
ARAS is dedicated to offering a hospitable and accessible environment. We adhere to the values of respect, autonomy, inclusivity, and equal chances in serving our campers, guests, employees, volunteers, and the broader community.
